Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what data STRATKA collects, why, and how we use it. By using the service, you agree to this Policy.

1. What data we collect

  • Account: email, display name, and avatar provided by Google at sign-in (via Firebase Authentication).
  • IP addresses: we record the IPs you connect from — for security, to counter abuse and multi-accounting, and to be able to block offenders.
  • Game data: your club, squad, tactics, matches, transfers, currency balance, and other in-game activity.
  • Technical data: request logs (time, route, status, user-agent) for diagnostics and security.

2. Why we use it

  • providing and operating the game service;
  • security, prevention of fraud, cheating, and abuse;
  • user support and troubleshooting;
  • improving and developing the game.

3. Sign-in via Google / Firebase

Sign-in is handled through Firebase Authentication (Google). We verify your token but never receive your password. Processing on Google's side is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use the browser's localStorage to store preferences (theme, language) and your session authorization token. This is required for sign-in and the interface to work.

5. Storage of IP addresses

IP addresses are stored in association with your account for security and to be able to respond to violations (including blocking IPs/subnets). We keep them no longer than necessary for the stated purposes.

6. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. We rely on service providers to run the game — in particular Google/Firebase (authentication) and hosting providers. They process data solely to provide their services to us.

7. Retention periods

Account data is retained for as long as your account exists. After account deletion, we delete or anonymize the related data, except where retention is required by law or for security purposes.

8. Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction, or deletion of your account. To do so, write to pasichdev@outlook.com.

9. Children

The service is not intended for persons under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes to the policy

We may update this Policy. We will notify you of material changes within the service. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
