Welcome to STRATKA — browser-based tactical football manager. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree — please do not use the service.

1. Description of the Service

STRATKA is an online game where you manage a football club: squad, tactics, transfers, training, and matches. The service is in active development (MVP/beta), so features may change, be temporarily unavailable, or be reset between seasons.

2. Account

The game requires authorization via Google (Firebase Authentication). You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for all actions taken under it. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.

3. Code of Conduct

Prohibited:

  • use bots, scripts, automation or exploits;
  • create multiple accounts for in-game advantage;
  • interfere with the service, bypass limits or security mechanisms;
  • insult other players, spam, distribute illegal content.

For violations, we may restrict or block the account, as well as block access by IP address or subnet — without warning or compensation.

4. Virtual Goods and Currency

In-game items and internal currency (including magic boot) have no real monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for real money. Premium currency speeds up processes, but we do not practice 'pay-to-win'. Purchased goods may be lost if the account or service is terminated.

5. Intellectual Property

The code, design, trademark, and content of STRATKA belong to the project and are protected by law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service for personal non-commercial use.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, saving of game progress, or absence of errors, especially in beta.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STRATKA is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or game progress arising from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time (entirely or for a specific user/IP), including for violating these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time by requesting account deletion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes within the service. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new version.
