How to report illegal or harmful content on STRATKA.
If you have an account
Use the flag button next to a chat message, forum post, wall post, news comment, or a club or manager profile, and pick a category. Choose “Illegal content” or “Child safety” for anything that breaks the law or puts a minor at risk — those reports go to the top of the moderation queue.
If you have no account
Write to abuse@stratka.app. You do not need to register.
What to include
- A link (URL) to the content, or the club or manager name and where you saw it.
- Why you think it is illegal or harmful (which law or rule it breaks, if you know).
- The date and time you saw it.
- Your contact email, so we can tell you the outcome (optional).
Do not send, forward or download child sexual abuse material — not even to us. Send only the link. If a child is in danger, contact the police, the Ukrainian cyberpolice or an INHOPE hotline (inhope.org) right away.
We review reports as fast as we can. Reports about illegal content and child safety come first, with a 24-hour target. Content that breaks the law or the rules is removed and the account can be banned. If you leave a contact, we will tell you the decision.
