Community Rules

These Rules set out how we talk and play in STRATKA: in the global and clan chats, in private messages, on the forum, walls and news comments, in profiles and club names, and on the transfer market. They complement the Terms of Use and apply to everyone. The Rules are available in eight languages; if the versions differ, the English version prevails.

1. Respect

Not allowed:

  • harassment, insults, threats and hate speech of any kind;
  • spam, flooding, advertising and links unrelated to the game, phishing and scams;
  • obscene, sexual or gratuitously provocative content;
  • offensive or misleading names, club names, avatars and signatures.

2. Illegal content and child safety

Zero tolerance for content that sexualises minors, threats to life, calls for violence or terrorism, and other clearly illegal content. We remove it as a priority, fully ban the account and, where the law provides for it, inform law enforcement. STRATKA is for people aged 16 and over.

3. Fair play

STRATKA has a living economy, and an unfair advantage hurts everyone. Not allowed:

  • bots, scripts and automating actions for you;
  • exploiting bugs instead of reporting them;
  • multi-accounting — several accounts to get around limits, farm resources or referral rewards, or influence the market;
  • collusive or pre-arranged transfers and bids that move in-game value between your own or related accounts;
  • buying or selling accounts, clubs or in-game items for real money.

4. Other people's privacy and impersonation

  • do not publish other people's personal data or private messages without their consent;
  • do not impersonate other players, moderators, administrators or an official STRATKA account. Official announcements come only through the game itself (news, notifications).

5. Trust levels

  • Newcomer — an account younger than 3 days or with fewer than 5 official matches: forum topics and replies are published after moderator review, without links or images, with a pause between posts.
  • Member — posts are published immediately.
  • Regular — from 60 days, 100 official matches and forum reputation 20; can create polls.
  • Leader — granted by hand; can hide a post until a moderator reviews it.

A moderator can change the level by hand — including lowering it for violations.

6. How to report

There is a report button on chat and private messages, forum topics and posts, wall posts, news comments, and manager and club profiles. Choose a category — illegal content, child safety, hate speech, harassment, sexual content, scam, spam or other — and add a comment if you like. A snapshot of the content is saved with the report, so deleting the message does not cancel it.

Without an account, you can report illegal content to abuse@stratka.app — see the report page. Knowingly false reports are also a violation.

7. How we moderate

Reports are reviewed by moderators — people, not a machine. Reports of illegal content and child safety go first in the queue. Automation (the word filter for names, activity limits, the link filter, multi-account signals) only assists; a person decides on sanctions. We tell you about decisions affecting you in the game, with the reason.

8. Sanctions

Depending on how serious and repeated the violation is:

  1. a warning (an in-game notification);
  2. removing content, locking a thread, resetting a name or avatar;
  3. a chat restriction for a set time — you can read but not write;
  4. a social ban — temporary (24 hours) or indefinite: no chats, forum or messages;
  5. a full account ban, including blocking IP addresses or networks for ban evasion.

For serious violations — illegal content, cheating, multi-accounting or harming the economy — we may ban immediately, without a warning. Referral rewards obtained in breach of the rules are revoked.

9. Appeals

  • If you disagree with a sanction, write to support@stratka.app within 6 months with your nickname and what you are appealing. A person who did not make the original decision will review it where possible.
  • If your report was dismissed, you can appeal it in the game with an explanation.

10. Changes to the Rules

We may update these Rules. We will announce material changes in the game. The date at the top shows the current version.
