Terms of Use

1. About the service and these Terms

STRATKA is a free online football manager played in the browser: you run a club — squad, tactics, transfers, training and matches. The service is available at stratka.app, as a Telegram Mini App with the bot @StratkaGameBot, and as an installable app (PWA). «STRATKA», «we» and «us» mean the service and the team that runs it.

These Terms are an agreement between you and STRATKA. By signing up for or using the service, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. The Community Rules apply together with these Terms, and the Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

These Terms are available in eight languages. If the versions differ, the English version prevails.

2. Age

STRATKA is for people aged 16 and over. We ask for your date of birth before you create a club. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 16, we close it.

3. Account and security

  • You can sign in with Google, with email and password, or with Telegram.
  • One account per person. Use genuine sign-in details and do not hand your account to others.
  • Keep access to your account safe: you are responsible for what is done under it. If you suspect someone else has access, write to support@stratka.app right away.

4. A free game and virtual items

STRATKA is free. There are currently no real-money purchases, ads or donations in the game.

In-game money, the «butcer» currency, players, items, cosmetics and other virtual items have no monetary value and are not your property: you have a limited right to use them in the game. They cannot be bought, sold, exchanged for real money or transferred outside the game's own mechanics. We may change, recalculate or reset them — for balance, between seasons, or to fix a bug or undo its exploitation.

If paid features are ever introduced, they will come with separate terms, and you will get all the information required by law before any purchase.

5. Your content

Content you create — posts, messages, comments, your avatar, and your club's name, logo and colours — remains yours. You grant STRATKA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, adapt for display and moderate that content within the service for as long as it is there. You confirm that you have the rights to it and that it does not break the law or infringe anyone else's rights.

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your content. Public game history (match results, tables) and other players' replies may remain under the label «deleted manager».

6. What is not allowed

  • multi-accounting — one person running several accounts, including for farming or influencing the market;
  • bots, scripts, automated play and bulk requests to the API;
  • exploiting bugs instead of reporting them;
  • impersonating other players, moderators, the administration or STRATKA;
  • trying to bypass limits, bans or security, or to access other people's accounts or data;
  • harassment, threats, hate speech, spam, scams and illegal content;
  • selling accounts, clubs or in-game items for real money.

7. Moderation, reports and appeals

  • You can report content or behaviour with the report button in the game. Illegal content can also be reported without an account at abuse@stratka.app (see the report page).
  • We review reports and may remove content, restrict features or ban an account. Reports of illegal content and child safety are handled first.
  • We tell you about a restriction in the game, with the reason and duration, unless the law or other people's safety requires otherwise.
  • If you disagree with a decision, write to support@stratka.app within 6 months; a dismissed report can be appealed in the game. Appeals are reviewed by a person. You may also turn to a court or other bodies provided for by law.

8. Referral programme

Inviting friends can earn titles, cosmetics and a small amount of butcer. Rewards have no monetary value. We may withhold or revoke them in case of abuse — multi-accounting, self-referrals or other ways around the rules — and we may change the programme.

9. Intellectual property

STRATKA's code, design, name, logo and content belong to the project or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service for personal, non-commercial play. For third-party open-source components, see Licenses.

10. Availability and changes to the service

The service is provided «as is» and «as available». It is under active development: we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors, and we may change, add, temporarily switch off or discontinue features. We will give advance notice of material changes that affect you negatively where possible.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, STRATKA is not liable for indirect losses, loss of game progress or virtual items, or interruptions of the service. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, for harm to life or health, or any rights you have that cannot be waived by law (including consumer rights).

12. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time by deleting your account in Settings → Privacy or by writing to privacy@stratka.app. After the request you have 30 days to change your mind.

We may restrict or close an account for breaking these Terms or the Rules, or where the law requires it. For serious violations we act immediately; otherwise usually after a warning.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring a claim in the courts where you live. Please write to us first — most issues can be solved by email.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will announce material changes in the game in advance. If you keep using the service after the changes take effect, you accept them; if you do not, you can delete your account.
