Balance, income, expenses, the chart and the transaction log — how to read the club's finances and find where the money went.

"Finance" is the club's bank statement. There are no forecasts or formulas here, only what has already happened: how much came in, how much went out and what for.

Period

At the top of the page is the period switch: "7 days", "30 days", "90 days" and "All time". Both the numbers and the chart depend on it. The default is one week — that is how long it takes the club to go through a full cycle of income and costs.

A negative net result is not always bad: if you have just bought a player or upgraded a building, that is an investment. It is bad when the minus repeats week after week without big purchases.

Balance chart

"Balance dynamics" shows how the balance changed during the period. The line is green if the balance at the end is higher than at the start and red if it is lower. If there are too few transactions in the period, there is no chart — pick a longer period.

Transaction log

Each transaction is a row: what it is, the amount and when. The "All / Income / Expenses" filter separates money in from money out, and the buttons at the bottom page through the log. The most common names:

Every Monday

Once a week, on Monday at 00:00 UTC, the game runs the weekly cycle: the sponsor and merchandise pay out, building maintenance is charged and free training tokens from the training base are added. That is why there are several rows at once in the log on Monday — this is normal.

How to find where the money went

Set the period to "30 days" and the filter to "Expenses".
Look at which rows repeat. One-off large amounts are purchases; repeating ones are regular costs.
Compare Monday's "Infrastructure" rows (maintenance) with "Sponsor": if maintenance is catching up with the sponsor, stop building until income grows.
Switch to "Income": if there are hardly any "Match" rows, the club rarely plays home cup matches — and they are the main source of ticket income.
