STRATKA as an app
How to install STRATKA on a phone or computer, how the installed version updates and what works offline.
You do not need to look for STRATKA in an app store. The site can be installed straight from the browser — it then opens from an icon on the home screen, full screen and without the address bar.
Installing
A step-by-step guide with illustrations for iPhone, Android and desktop is on the “Install the app” (opens in a new tab) page.
The "Install app" block in settings appears only when the browser supports it and disappears once STRATKA is already open as an app. Some browsers, for example Firefox on a computer, do not support installing — there STRATKA works in a normal tab.
What changes after installing
- STRATKA opens from an icon, full screen, without browser bars.
- On a phone the bottom navigation does not hide under the system bar.
- The account is the same: sign-in, club and settings are the same as in the browser.
Updates
The app updates itself — there is nothing to download. When a new version is out, the installed STRATKA shows a banner "A new version is available". Press "Update" and the page reloads with the new version. If you close the banner, the update is applied the next time you fully close and reopen the app.
What changed in the new version is listed on the "What's new" page — it opens from "About the game".
Offline
Without a connection, pages you have already visited will open, but their data will not update. Matches, broadcasts, the market, chat and any actions need the internet. As soon as the connection is back, reload the page.
Notifications
Browser notifications are turned on in "Notification settings" — see Account settings. They arrive while STRATKA is open, even in the background.
How to remove it
Remove it like any other app: press and hold the icon and choose "Remove" (on a computer — in the app menu). Your account and club do not go anywhere.
