Club buildings

Buildings are permanent boosts for the club. Unlike staff, they have no term: a level once built works every day, not just on match day. But every level increases the weekly maintenance.

What each building does

A new club starts with no buildings, and each one has up to 5 levels.

Club Base
What it affectsThe squad limit — how many players the club can have — and the team's morale at the start of a match.
Medical Center
What it affectsInjured players come back sooner.
Training Base
What it affectsBigger attribute growth from daily training.
Academy
What it affectsHow many youngsters join the youth team in one intake and how talented they are. More in "Youth academy".
Scout Office
What it affectsThe quality of new free agents and youth players. It also shows the exact attributes of other clubs' players.
Team Bus
What it affectsLess fitness lost in away matches.
Press Center
What it affectsA bigger weekly sponsor payment.

The "Buildings" page lists only these seven buildings, each as one row: level, what it gives now and the "Upgrade" button. Tap a building to open a panel with every level and its effect — the numbers there are calculated for your club.

Squad limit

The top of the page shows how many players the club has now and how many the base allows. When the squad is full, you cannot buy a new player or promote one from the youth team until you raise the base level or sell someone. More in "Squad limits".

How to upgrade

  1. In the building's row press "Upgrade" — the button shows the price of the next level.
  2. The confirmation window shows the level and the effect "now → after" and how much money will be left in the treasury. If you are short of money, the button is disabled and shows how much is missing.
  3. After you confirm, the new level is there at once, with no construction time.

Every next level costs more than the previous one. You cannot demolish a building or get money back for a level. All upgrades are recorded in the "Upgrade history" at the bottom of the page.

Pitch and floodlights

Pitch quality and floodlights are stadium upgrades, not buildings: they are not on the "Buildings" page. You buy them on the "Stadium" page; what they do is explained in "The stadium".

Maintenance

Every Monday at 00:00 UTC the club pays for the upkeep of its buildings and stadium. The more money invested in infrastructure overall, the bigger the weekly maintenance. It never takes the balance below zero, but a large upkeep bill can eat the week's sponsor money.

Where to start

  • The Training Base pays off faster the more you train the squad.
  • The Club Base is needed when the squad hits its limit.
  • The Press Center raises income that arrives every week — useful early.
  • The Medical Center and the Team Bus matter more once you play a lot of matches.

Do not invest everything in one day: maintenance grows with your infrastructure, and you also need money for staff. For the balance of income and spending, see "Club economy".
