Live match

Every STRATKA match is played live: the broadcast lasts about 12 minutes of real time, and you can watch it on a phone or a computer.

Before kick-off

Instead of the pitch you see the "Pre-match briefing": when the match starts, both teams' form over their last matches and their rating. For your own club it also shows squad readiness — who will last 90 minutes and who is tired — and a "Squad and tactics" button.

The opponent's line-up is announced only at kick-off. When the time comes, the broadcast opens by itself — there is no need to reload the page.

The broadcast screen

• Scoreboard — score, minute and goalscorers. It always stays at the top.
• 2D pitch — squares are players, the diamond is the ball. The team moves the way you set it up in tactics: positions, pressing, attacks. The button in the corner expands the pitch to full screen.
• Stadium — the match is played in the home club's stadium: on a wide screen the pitch is surrounded by stands in the club colours, a crowd as big as the attendance, the tifo, the roof and floodlights for evening games; on a phone you get a club-coloured frame and a strip with the tifo and the attendance. None of it affects the game.
• Commentary — every goal, card, substitution and chance. The "Key" filter keeps only the important moments, "All" shows the full feed.
• "Statistics" and "Lineups" — possession, shots, shots on target, corners, fouls and cards for both teams, plus who is on the pitch.

On a computer the pitch and commentary are on the left and the panels on the right. On a phone the last few events sit under the pitch, followed by the tabs "Commentary", "Statistics" and "Lineups". If it is your match, match control is added: on a computer at the top of the right column, on a phone as the "Control" bar above the bottom menu.

Goals and replays

After a goal the pitch shows a replay, marked "Goal replay" at the top. The "Skip replay" button takes you straight back to the live game.

Half-time

After the first half there is a break with a countdown to the second half. It is a good moment to look at the statistics and your players' fitness.

Share the match

While the match is running, the "Public broadcast" button opens a page that people without an account can watch too. You can share it with friends.

If something goes wrong

• "Reconnect required" or "Resynchronising the broadcast channel" — the connection dropped. The broadcast picks up from the event where it stopped.
• "Too many open broadcasts" — close the extra tabs with matches.
• The 2D pitch is unavailable — the score, events and match control keep working without it.
• "Kick-off time has passed but the broadcast did not pick up" — open it with the "Open broadcast" button.
• "The match has been annulled" — the match could not be played; a replay is scheduled automatically.
